Outer edges of filling should have a firm set and some browning is normal. Center of pie should have a soft set and shake like gelatin. <br>NOTE: For food safety and quality, pies must be heated to an internal temperature of 165°F / 74°C minimum. Ovens vary; adjust time and temperature as necessary.<br>Remove pie(s) from oven on baking sheet and cool at room temperature for a minimum of 2 hours. <br> <br></li><li>Package and merchandise as directed.</li></ol>
