Sara Lee Frozen Bakery has been located in Traverse City for 56 years! Every Sara Lee® and Chef Pierre® pie sold in the United States is made right here. Our corporate headquarters and premier 10,000 square-foot Research and Development center and test kitchen are located in the Oakbrook Terrace Tower, 30 minutes west of Chicago. Superior Cake Products makes delicious sweet baked goods sold through in-store bakeries at retailers nationwide. We have been baking quality products for over 100 years. Founded in 1908, Superior supplied breads and pastries to the community surrounding a busy cotton mill in northeastern Connecticut. Business prospered and by the early 1920s, the bakery relocated to a new Main Street location where the operations remained for many years. Today, our dedicated specialty sweet goods bakery is located in Southbridge, Massachusetts, about 10 miles from the site of our original bakery. Here, we are busy creating great tasting cookies, brownies, and French pastries to meet the desires of today’s consumers.
Our passion for quality pies started nearly 40 years ago and continues to this day. Cyrus O’Leary’s Pies has been producing made-from-scratch gourmet pies since the 1981 opening of our landmark Cyrus O’Leary’s Restaurant in Spokane, Washington. Our popularity quickly expanded to grocery stores throughout the Pacific Northwest. Today, we exclusively manufacture frozen pies for the in-store bakery market and foodservice industry with coast-to-coast distribution. Our lineup includes a full selection of top-selling cream, fruit, specialty and no-sugar-added pies.
